Click send. The email body can be empty — your email address and the subject format are sufficient for us to process your request.
Make sure to send the email from the same email address associated with your MinuteBugtong account. This is how we verify your identity. If you use a different email address, we may not be able to locate your account.
📋 What Happens After You Request
- Account deletion — Your account and profile information will be permanently removed
- All personal data erased — Including your email, display name, and profile photo
- Progress deleted — Streak history, XP points, and leaderboard entries removed
- Submissions removed — Any riddles ("bugtong") you submitted to the community
- Analytics cleared — Your usage data associated with your account purged
- Push notification tokens — Removed from our notification system
All data will be deleted. There is no partial deletion option — when you request data deletion, your entire account and all associated information will be permanently removed from our systems within 3 business days.
